A thoughtful, guided email journey that helps you understand your relationship with alcohol, reconnect with yourself and build the life you've been meaning to live.
Launch offer: Free until 30 September 2026.
This launch offer is my way of thanking my early supporters while I gather feedback and continue refining the program. If you know someone who would genuinely benefit from Back to You, please feel free to share it with them before the offer ends.
Changing your relationship with alcohol isn't just about drinking less. It's about reclaiming your time, your energy and your attention. It's about creating space for the person you've been meaning to become - the dreams you've postponed, the interests you've neglected and the life you've always imagined might be possible.
Over six weeks, you'll receive thoughtful guidance, practical strategies and honest encouragement to help you navigate the challenges, celebrate the wins and reconnect with the person you want to become.
Six weeks. Three emails each week. One step at a time.
Launch offer: Free until 30 September 2026.
Inside the GUIDED JOURNEY
Know what to expect and receive practical strategies designed for each stage of the journey, helping you move forward with confidence, one step at a time.
Thought-provoking observations and questions that help you understand your relationship with alcohol, your habits, and yourself, in a different light.
As alcohol begins to take up less space in your life, you'll reconnect with the interests you've neglected, the relationships you've wanted to nurture, and the life you've been meaning to create.
You'll come back to you.
Back to You is an educational program and does not replace medical, psychological or addiction treatment. If you have concerns about alcohol dependence or your health, please speak with your healthcare professional before participating.
Most importantly, be brave enough to choose the support that's right for you. For some people, that will be this program. For others, it may begin with a conversation with a trusted healthcare professional. Either way, taking care of yourself is the most important first step, and I wish you all the very best whatever you decide.
For a long time, I believed alcohol helped me relax, celebrate and connect with people. Over time, I realised it had grown into something more and not in a good way. It was part of my routines, my weekends, my celebrations, my stressful days - and eventually, something I questioned more and more.
Learning to drink less wasn't a straight line, and it certainly wasn't about willpower alone. It was about understanding why I drank, what alcohol was giving me and, perhaps most importantly, what it was taking away.
Drinking less created space in my life where I discovered something quite unexpectedly wonderful. It became less about not drinking and more about becoming the person I wanted to be. Someone I was proud of.
I'm not suggesting drinking less was easy. In the beginning, it absolutely feels like the main event. But over time, I realised it wasn't the destination at all. It was simply the doorway to something much bigger.
I created Back to You because I know how difficult it can feel to make a change, and I also know how rewarding it can be. My hope is simply to share the ideas, reflections and practical strategies that helped me, so you feel supported as you create your own path.
